Supplier warehouses
Stock is verified against the supplier before a product is listed and re-checked at checkout, so nothing is sold that cannot be shipped.

Dispatch runs to a 5pm UTC cutoff, then 3–10 business days in transit for most of the country. Tracking is emailed on despatch.
Support from Houston
Returns and customer service run from Texas. We are the seller of record, so the customer talks to us, not to your supplier.

Maktib is a US-facing storefront shipping to all 50 states and Washington, D.C., with returns and customer support run from Houston, Texas. We are the seller of record on every order placed here: we take the payment, answer the customer and own the return. Goods ship from our suppliers' warehouses, which is why delivery runs 3–10 business days rather than overnight — worth knowing before you build a business on top of it.
