Where is my order?
Track a parcel with the tracking number emailed to you, or look it up from your account.
- 1Sign in to your orders with the email you used at checkout — we send a code, there is no password.
- 2Open the order to see its current status: Payment pending, Order confirmed, Preparing, Shipped, or Delivered.
- 3If it shows Shipped, use the tracking number on the order. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first scan after dispatch.
- 4If it still shows Preparing after 3 business days, contact us with the order number and we will chase the warehouse.
