How to return an item

Contact us for a return address before sending anything back.

1. 1Contact us with your order number and which items you want to return, within 30 days of delivery.
2. 2We will reply with a return authorisation and the address in Houston, Texas. Returns sent without one can be hard to match to an order.
3. 3Pack the item with its original packaging where you can, and include the return authorisation.
4. 4Once it arrives and passes a condition check, we refund to the original payment method.
