What data do you hold about me?
Your email, orders and delivery address. You can ask for a copy or deletion.
We hold the email address you signed in with, your orders and their delivery addresses, and any support messages you have sent. We do not store card details — the payment processor holds those.
Site analytics are first-party and anonymous: a random per-tab identifier with no cookies and no third-party trackers.
You can ask for a copy of your data or its deletion at any time. Deletion removes your account and support history; order records are kept where tax law requires it.
