How reviews work here
Product reviews come only from verified buyers. Store reviews are labelled as such.
Product reviews can only be written by someone who bought that product from us. We do not buy reviews, write them ourselves, or delete a review because it is unflattering.
The rating shown near the top of a product page, where that product has no reviews of its own yet, is our store rating — how customers rate ordering from Maktib. It is labelled as such wherever it appears, because a store score presented as a product score would be misleading.
