When will I get my refund?
We refund within 2 business days of the return arriving; your bank takes a few days more.
Refunds are issued to the card or account used at checkout. We process them within 2 business days of the return being received and checked.
After we issue it, the money takes 3–10 business days to appear depending on your bank. Card refunds are usually the slowest part of this and are outside our control.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we confirmed the refund, contact us with your order number and we will send the payment reference for your bank.
